How Cape Coral Cooling Pros works

Cape Coral Cooling Pros is a free referral service for homeowners in Cape Coral and the rest of Lee County. We are not an HVAC contractor. When you send a request, we pass it to an independent local HVAC company that serves your area, and they contact you to price and schedule the work.

1. Tell us what the system is doing. Use the form, call or text. A photo of the unit helps.
2. A licensed local HVAC company calls you back. They ask a few questions and set a time to come out.
3. You approve the price before work starts. The technician diagnoses the problem and quotes the repair. You decide.

How we make money

The HVAC company pays us for the introduction. You never pay us anything. We don't do repair work, and we don't set the company's prices.

Who we refer you to

We only work with companies that hold a current Florida air conditioning (CAC or RA) or mechanical (CMC or RM) contractor license. You can look up any contractor's license and its status yourself at MyFloridaLicense.com, and we suggest you do. How to check a license.

What we ask of the company
